vibrant and convenient stay

colorful room main attraction

the rooms was awesome! its very colorful and different from your ordinary hotel and thats what makes the hotel stand out from others. it is near most main attractions within walking distance such as the river walk, and the bean. the rooms are nice and cozy and you can control the room to include all lights with the ipad.

i stayed from may 25, may 28, there was a weird smell. i dialed in to front desk three times to ask for any air refresher, but front desk said they weren't allowed to have any according to hotel policy. when i indicated on the ipad to do room cleaning on may 27, it was shocking when i came back and the room is still uncleaned for the entire day!

I appreciated the seamless self-check-in process, it avoided queues. The common areas were clean. The bar service was attentive, and the bartender offered quick service. The automated room controls were user-friendly.

The in-room refrigerator did not function properly.

totally rad stay!

inventive room design awesome location cute staff

I adored my stay! the room design was so inventive, i really loved how everything felt fresh. the location was awesome, and the staff? totally killer! i felt so welcomed and supported. They were always ready to help with a smile.

the in-room fridge didn't seem to get very cold, a little inconvenient.

My king room had an amazing ipad control system for lights and tv! the bed was super cozy, perfect for crashing after long days. i also liked the blackout shades. They ensured a solid night's sleep.
